Pumpkin Spice Pretzels

 

It doesn’t matter how much you enjoy being in the kitchen, some days you aren’t feelin’ it.

 

 

 

Today is that day for me.

Although, it’s pretty much been like that all week.

Whatever…I still need to feed my family, and I still need after-school snacks and lunchbox treats for the kiddos –  lord only knows what they would eat if I left it up to them.

These pretzels are not exactly a recipe, but they were such a hit with the kids, I had to share.

Pumpkin Spice Pretzels

Ingredients

  • Pretzel Rods
  • 8 oz white chocolate {or candy melts}
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • graham cracker crumbs [about 1/2 cup}

Instructions

  • melt the white chocolate {or candy melts if using}
  • stir in the pumpkin pie spice
  • pour the chocolate into a glass jar {makes dipping easier}
  • coat each pretzel and roll in the cracker crumbs
  • allow to dry on parchment

Oddly,  Stella thought they tasted like Christmas; I was thinking more Halloween or Thanksgiving.

    Yep, I understand those days where you just aren’t feeling it. Somedays I can’t even make myself lunch! Maybe its all the dishes that I”m doing a gazillion times a day! I do love to snack though, these pretzels were curb all my cravings!

    First off – sounds YUM! I may just have to make these for work goodies.
    Secondly, I’m happy to hear that I’m not the only food blogger that sometimes has no desire to be in the kitchen. <3 hang in there mama!
