Great idea for taco Tuesday, especially since I have leftovers from Super Bowl Sunday that can be re-worked in this dish!

Now that is something I have never thought to do with fish tenders, but it looks so yummy! I wonder if green sauce would be too much of a stretch… Great dinner idea. I am going to pin this one to try out.
