Chocolate {dipped} Peanut Butter Banana Bites

For those of you that work from home,
{either for pay or not}
Do you ever get the feeling that people don’t value what you do?

Money aside, just because one may work from home,
does not mean that they are not working.

I feel like that’s all I do,
and yet because I do it all from home,
to many, I don’t have a real job.

I LOVE all of my titles…
there is teacher
{I teach writing classes for homeschool students}
blogger
{something I have wanted to do for a long time}
wife
{thankfully my husband is more than supportive, and is SO proud of this little blog of mine}
mom
{probably the most challenging and most rewarding of the lot}

For some of these I earn a paycheck,
and for others not so much,
but they are ALL work.

Today I have been running non-stop,
teaching class
carpooling kids
returning library books
walking dogs
not to mention making breakfast, lunch, and dinner
{my family requires three meals a day…everyday}
laundry
cleaning

and yet I feel like I didn’t get nearly enough done.

When the kids requested a snack,
I had to scramble
{our new snacking system has been a real winner}
however, it only works when mom has one ready.

This snack is fast, easy, nutritious,
maybe not exactly blog worthy
but it’s all I have for you today:)
it has been a day

Enjoy!

Chocolate dipped Peanut Butter Banana Bites
1 banana sliced
1/4 cup of all natural peanut butter
a few squares of dark chocolate {melted}

spread pb on half of the banana slices
top with the other banana slices

I used a tooth pick to keep them together
dip in the melted chocolate
put them in the fridge just until the chocolate has set up

at least the kids think I’m cool today

    I know the feeling all too well!!! But I think we have to not worry about what others think and do the best we can at what we do!
    Can I come over for snack time? I love these!!!
