Because I spent last week experimenting with homemade nutella recipes, this week I will be trying to find ways to use it up.
Even though we are back to 100+ temperatures,
I decided to bake.
Nutella filled cookies to be exact.
Using my very own homemade nutella of course.
Let me tell you, they were definitely worth the extra AC.
side note – thank you god for air conditioning, even though it’s not all that efficient in a 100 year old house, I am still SO grateful:)
roll the dough into a log
wrap in plastic
chill for about 15 – 20 minutes
slice into 1/2 inch rounds
place 1/2 tsp of nutella in the center of each cookie
form dough around the center and pinch closed
bake (2 inches apart) @350 for 10 – 12 minutes
*they are easier to remove from the pan when they are still warm (trust me)
