I think I’ve made it perfectly clear how I feel about caprese salad.
I could eat it everyday. Quite possibly the BEST summer dish ever.
But…sometimes you need to change things up a bit.
This salad has all of the same ingredients
tomato
basil
fresh mozzarella
only the cheese and basil are stuffed inside of a scooped out tomato
add a drizzle of balsamic

Heather these are SO creative!! I would have never thought of this. CAprese salads are my favorite too. When I studied in Italy, I practically lived off of them!
