Red, White, and Blue{berry} Shortcake Kabobs

We’ve had an action packed, fun-filled holiday weekend, so this post is short and sweet.

In honor of Memorial Day, we’re having berry kabobs with  fresh vanilla whipped cream.

Simply delicious.

Here is all you need:

strawberries
raspberries
blackberries
blueberries
heavy cream whipped with just a tsp of vanilla
shortcake, biscuits, or angel food cake – whichever you prefer – cubed

  4. too funny:) I had planned a more elaborate dessert (tons of ideas on pinterest) but yet again a migraine took up most of my day.
