This months crazy cooking challenge was grilled cheese.
As soon as I saw this recipe @ Galley Kitchen I knew I was in.
Cinnamon Roll Grilled Cheese
~yes please
This is not your typical grilled cheese, but it was delicious for breakfast, lunch, or even a snack.
For 1 sandwich use:
2 slices of bread (brioche works best – but I also used wheat)
3 tbsp of cream cheese
1/2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
combine the cream cheese with the vanilla, sugar, and cinnamon
spread on one slice of the bread
top with the other slice
grill (I used my panini press)
Enjoy!

Cinnamon and cheese.., these sandwiches on the list is going awesome one after the other.. definitely should it try out on a sweet bread.., the panini pressed is very smart
