This months crazy cooking challenge was grilled cheese.
As soon as I saw this recipe @ Galley Kitchen I knew I was in.
Cinnamon Roll Grilled Cheese
This is not your typical grilled cheese, but it was delicious for breakfast, lunch, or even a snack.
For 1 sandwich use:
2 slices of bread (brioche works best – but I also used wheat)
3 tbsp of cream cheese
1/2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
combine the cream cheese with the vanilla, sugar, and cinnamon
spread on one slice of the bread
top with the other slice
grill (I used my panini press)
