I don’t know if you’ve noticed, but s’mores are ALL the rage on the internet!
Just stroll on over to pinterest and you’ll see what I mean.
S’more cookies
S’more brownies
S’more cupcakes
{no bake} s’more treats
I even saw s’more pizza.
This I had to try; we are a pizza and s’more loving family.
I knew I didn’t want to use regular pizza dough (this was the recipe I had seen), but I have tried several different recipes for homemade graham crackers.
I decided to use my favorite graham cracker recipe from Smitten Kitchen
Rolled it to fit my pizza pan (covered in parchment)
I baked this giant cookie for about 6 minutes @400F
Then, I covered it in chocolate chips
Popped it back into the oven for another 5 minutes
and then topped this with mini-marshmallows (about 2/3 of a small bag)
Broil for just a minute or two
S’more pizza
Enjoy!
