Baked {buffalo chicken and blue cheese} Taquitos

I am from originally Buffalo, New York.

We’re crazy for our Bills, Sabres, and wings.


There are places all over California that claim to have Buffalo Wings, but nothing comes even close.
I don’t enjoy frying anything, so we don’t get wings very often.

Lately, there have been recipes all over the blogosphere using buffalo style chicken, and it was making me miss home.

Tonight we are having buffalo style chicken and blue cheese taquitos.
The original baked taquitos were such a huge hit, I thought why not try it a bit spicy.


Easy and delicious!

For the taquitos:
shredded cooked chicken breast (I use 2-3 depending on the size)
tortillas
crumbled clue cheese
Franks Buffalo style hot sauce

Do:
pre-heat oven to 425F
combine the shredded chicken with the hot sauce (amount will depend oh how spicy you like it)
place a few tablespoons of chicken on the tortilla and top with some blue cheese

roll and bake for about 15 minutes
