Our weather has been less than spring like, but today it is beautiful!
The perfect day for lunching outdoors.

  3. I’m jealous you got to eat outside. While temperatures are not an issue for me, it has been raining for over a week here in Puerto Rico. Love the avocado slice in the bottom – very cool.

  7. I wish I’d made this on a warmer day. I still loved it, but it wasn’t as satisfying on a cool evening. I love how you served your salad IN the avocado.
