I’m jealous you got to eat outside. While temperatures are not an issue for me, it has been raining for over a week here in Puerto Rico. Love the avocado slice in the bottom – very cool.

I wish I’d made this on a warmer day. I still loved it, but it wasn’t as satisfying on a cool evening. I love how you served your salad IN the avocado.
Although I didn’t really love this salad, it did seem very spring like!!
