We LOVE mussels.
Of course we chose to serve ours with pasta.
This recipe, from Dorie’s Around my French Table, was also very easy, and after all of the chopping, it only takes minutes to get together.
I even had most of the ingredients already at home (I did substitute an orange bell pepper for the red – as this was what I had in the fridge already)

My husband and I enjoyed this for our Valentine’s Day dinner, and we will DEFINITELY be making this again….soon!
